SPECIALIST

to join our Source to Pay team at Finnair Business Services in Tartu, Estonia

Are you fascinated by the behind the scenes action of the travel industry? Do you enjoy working with documents? Join our dynamic team where you'll delve into the world of travel agency support, ensuring smooth travel for our customers, and employee Travel & Expense Management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle sales notifications and enter price/contractual information into databases

• Monitor hotel occupancy and inform partners

• Handle hotel sales reports and booking overview requests

• Communicate with hotels and partners regarding contracts and special offers

• Review employee travel and expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and cost-effectiveness

• Comfortable in customer relations area

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• With good communication skills

• With financial mindset

• Open to innovative work environment, interested in improving your work processes and willing to participate in related activities

• Able to learn new programs and navigate easily through information
