Recruitment Specialist

We are now looking for a
Recruitment Specialist
to join our Manager Support team in the People Services, People & Culture organization.
In this role you will act as the first point of contact to our recruiting managers and support them throughout the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring seamless execution. You will work closely with our recruiting managers to understand their needs and ensure that our recruitment processes run smoothly and effortlessly both from the recruiting manager's and candidates' perspective.
Main responsibilities in this role are:

• Coordinate and follow-up recruitment processes together with recruiting managers and support them in hands-on recruitment admin activities, such as, job advertising, initial screening, maintaining system and other supportive tasks
• Support recruiting managers in selecting and using relevant tools for candidate assessment, and execute in-house assessments for selected roles
• Manage recruitment email and ensure candidate communication in a timely and accurate manner
• Support in the implementation of seamless onboarding processes for new hires to ensure successful onboarding experience
• Support in the implementation of employer branding activities as per needed

Our expectations for you:

• Bachelor's degree in business, educational sciences or other related field or equivalent knowledge of the area
• Basic understanding and some experience of working in a supportive role in recruitment, talent acquisition and/or HR
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in Finnish and English
• Strong service mindset and a proactive, can-do and hands-on approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in conducting candidate assessments is seen as an asset

This is a full-time, permanent position located at Finnair headquarters, HOTT. We work flexibly in a hybrid model, both on-site and remotely. The starting date for this position is negotiable, but we wish to have a new team member with us as soon as possible.
