About the role
We are now looking for a driven Customer Support Specialist to our Lab Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, clients and technicians
  • Provide support to Hospital Laboratory customers in Finland via ticketing systems and other tools
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions
  • Improve, share knowledge in team and work with ticket backlog when the need arises
  • Work fully independent to complete tasks delegated to you
  • Prepare for and attend to Customer support meetings

We are looking for someone with :
  • +3 years experience in Laboratory software applications
  • Knowledge in work process in hospital Laboratory
  • Personal interest within the IT-area
  • Fluency in Finnish language, as well as English

It would also be great if you have:
  • Knowledge in SQL and HL7
  • Previous work experience within IT Support, Service Desk or other IT field, as well as ITIL experience

As a person, you are:
  • Fast learner who adapts easily and can strive in a dynamic working environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service
  • Accountable mindset with ability to work independently and knowing how to prioritize tasks
  • Eager to take initiative and ''can do'' attitude
