Specialist, COMA Purchasing
We are currently seeking a Specialist, COMA (contract manufacturing) Purchasing to ensure the timely deliveries of finished goods from our contract manufacturing partners. Join our logistics and purchasing team and become a part of a positive and energetic work environment that values your can-do attitude!
In the role of purchaser, you will be responsible for managing the call-off process and guaranteeing the on-time delivery of finished goods from COMA suppliers. You own a complex portfolio and are responsible for delivering the targets set for it. Your other responsibilities include for example optimizing and updating master data in SAP, documenting processes, and communicating with various stakeholders.
This is a permanent position located in Vaarala, Vantaa and you will report to a Senior Manager, Logistics & Purchasing. We work in a hybrid model, meeting colleagues on a weekly basis.

What You'll Bring to the Team?
Ideally you have a couple of years' experience from similar tasks from industry or for example retail environment, and education, at least on bachelor's level in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or another relevant field. We welcome applications also from recent graduates.
You collaborate actively with internal and external stakeholders, have a systematic approach to work and like continuously improving processes. You understand challenges both in detail and conceptual level, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and have excellent skills in MS Office tools. SAP experience is a benefit. Excellent oral and written English skills are necessary, proficiency in Finnish is expected for internal collaboration and local networking.
