Main tasks and reponsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate projects orders from start to finish, involving multiple stakeholders
- Create and monitor purchase orders
- Warehouse management and reporting
- Prepare export-related documents in accordance with regulations
- Arrange transport in collaboration with freight forwarders
- Monitor order status and deliveries, and handle invoicing
- Provide support as a logistics expert to stakeholders
- Continuously improve operations and processes
- At least 5 years of previous experience in both domestic and international trade, with tasks related to exports
- Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Business Administration) with a focus on international trade
- Flexible mindset and the ability to bravely take on new tasks
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Office 365 and its essential components
- Fluent Finnish and English skills
- Customer service-oriented, meticulous, and self-motivated mindset
- Swift and systematic approach to work
- Interested in learning, adapting, and evolving, both in terms of your own skills and the company's working methods and processes
- Good collaboration, communication, negotiation, and continuous improvement skills
- Experience in similar roles within a small to medium-sized enterprise in Helsinki is considered beneficial
