Työnkuvaus

On behalf of our client, ResMed, we are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Espoo, Finland. The positions are full-time and fixed-term through StaffPoint. After onboarding, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid mode. The working time is 8-16, due to phone times, but some flexibility can be granted when needed.

In this role, you will work as part of the Customer Service team with focus on Replenishment related activities. You will be responsible for professional Customer Service both towards ResMed’s hospital customers and private patients with a standard that matches ResMed’s high quality and market-leader status. The person will be located in Finland, but will support both Finland and Denmark.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Offer excellent Customer Service to our hospital customers and private patients via email and phone.
  • Ensure that automatic orders are processed without a time delay, by monitoring the systems.
  • Solve problems and communicate internally with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks and other responsibilities with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality and always act within data protection regulations.
  • Handling product returns and arranging collections via couriers.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date entries and maintenance of records and other databases as required.
  • Deliver an excellent after care service and ensure that customer feedback is shared with the whole team to promote the continuous improvement of high standards of Customer Service.
  • Develop and maintain good product knowledge across the ResMed portfolio.
  • Proactive approach to new ideas and process improvements, to enhance the experience both internally and externally.

Who You Are

  • Business fluent Finnish and English skills , both written and spoken.
  • Quick learner - ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
  • Efficient Information Seeker - exceptional research skills with the ability to efficiently locate relevant information.
  • Proactive Executor - execute tasks with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Skilled in major ERP and CRM systems (Oracle and SalesForce preferred - however, knowledge of any other systems is also valued.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar Customer Service tasks, although we prioritize attributes and skills over specific years of experience.

Not required, but a significant advantage:

  • Danish language skills.
  • Experience within the Medical Industry or Healthcare environment.
  • Experience of ResMed portfolio.
