Are you a seasoned Enterprise Architect with a passion for driving innovation and transformation? We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect for Customer and Field Service area to join our team of Enterprise Architecture.
In this pivotal role of an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for aligning the organization's business objectives with technology solutions to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and maintain an integrated Enterprise Architecture that supports the organization's current and future needs. The Enterprise Architect serves as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring that technology initiatives are in line with the overall enterprise strategy and vision.

The ideal candidate for the position should have solid background in the domain of customer service and field operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry, be able to drive change, innovation, and growth within the organization, as well as a strong interest in learning and developing their competences in new areas, such as AI, data and agile ways of working.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and other departments to ensure that the technology and solution strategy is aligned with the overall business strategy. You will also work closely with other members of the Enterprise Architecture team to develop and implement strategies and solutions that support the organization's goals and objectives.
You will be an essential partner of the Commercial & Operations IT unit and a member of the unit's leadership team, as well as an important ally of KONE's Commercial & Operations business unit.

- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of Enterprise Architecture and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong background in Enterprise Architecture and the domain of Customer & Field Service
- Good understanding of SAP, Salesforce, Genesys, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), integration patterns and concepts of AI & ML
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
