Osoite At Clevry, we are currently looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our client, NutraQ, based in Helsinki. The position is full-time (37,5h/week) with a fixed-term contract until the end of August (summer job). You will work from 9.30 to 17.30 and the start date is in April/beginning of May.
In this role, you will respond to clients' inquiries regarding shipments, subscriptions, and products. As a valuable member of internationalteam, you'll collaborate with dedicated Customer Service Consultants, all committed to assisting customers in the best possible way.

Tasks and responsibilities
· Establish and maintain dialogue with customers and identify their needs.
· Reach out to new and existing customers and ensure continuous follow-up.
· Answer e-mails and other inquiries as well as other administrative tasks
· Assistother departments in the organizationwhen requested
Requirements
· At least one year experience from sales and/or service, preferably Customer Service, telemarketing/retail
· Experience with phone as a work tool is a must
· Familiarity with Office programs
· Fluent proficiency in Danish and English is required.
Personality qualities
· Ability to effectively analyse problems and provide solutions.
· Team Player and Customer Serviceorientated.
· Good at prioritising and focusing on the task at hand.
