We are looking for 

Service Desk Specialist summer trainee forCustomer Support in Espoo

Our Service Desk provides payment -, online and mobile services support to bank employees and to customers using Samlink systems, and we are looking for a summer trainee interested in banking and payment services to strengthen our Payment Services team for the summer.

In this role, you will respond to various contacts and support requests both by email and telephone. We serve our customers mainly in Finnish, so fluency in Finnish is required, Swedish is an advantage. The company language is English. You will be challenged to solve problems and continuously develop your skills. Customer experience and high quality customer service are important to us, so you will find customer service work enjoyable and natural, and you will remain calm and competent even in tight situations.

You will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing support from the team. To be successful in your role, you should have a strong customer service attitude, be able to learn quickly, have initiative and be able to adapt to changing situations. It is natural for you to constantly develop your own and common way of working. 

We have office in Espoo and we work in a hybrid model.
