Metsä Group is now looking for

HEAD OF ICT, SUPPLY CHAIN

to join the Group ICT, Application Services team.

What do you get to do?

In this role you will have ICT management accountability of Supply Chain process area solutions and services covering full lifecycle for all Metsä Group business areas. You are working in tight co-operation with Metsä Group Business Process Development organization to ensure the ICT solutions support common processes. You are also leading Supply Chain ICT organization consisting of 3 teams and solution owners meaning ~30 professionals.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• business value creation through efficient application services operations
• creating and executing ICT action plans supporting Metsä Group Supply Chain process area strategy and roadmap
• managing business process and ICT governance to ensure full ICT alignment with Metsä Group business' objectives
• demand & supply balancing and ICT -capabilities development of the process area
• ICT portfolio management, annual planning, forecasting and cost management
• ICT function development and organizational change management
• people management
• stakeholder management
• supplier management.
   

Your location will be in Espoo, Finland, and you will report to VP, Application Services.

What do we expect from you?

• insight in enterprise and ICT architecture combined with understanding of SAP solutions
• experience in agile development models and ITIL based service management
• fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English.
