Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented Head of Growth Marketing to join Sievo's global Marketing team. You'll be leading our Growth Marketing team and strategy with the goal of driving qualified sales pipeline and top-line revenue growth.
We are seeking a strategic thinker and a doer with a proven track record of implementing successful, data-driven marketing strategies in B2B SaaS space. You're a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution and ensure alignment of marketing activities with company goals and objectives. You lead with example, and you don't shy away from doing hands-on work yourself. You will be responsible for all Growth Marketing initiatives, including planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels in paid, owned and earned media. In addition, you are responsible for overseeing the analytics, reporting, and ROI of Growth initiatives and fostering efficient cross-functional work shared success. This is a full-time role and you'll be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

What you'll get to do as our Head of Growth Marketing:
  • Growth Marketing strategy and execution : Develop and carry out a comprehensive Growth Marketing strategy that drives pipeline and revenue impact. You will manage both new client acquisition as well as expansion revenue growth strategies and execution across marketing channels. You will directly oversee existing Performance Marketing, WebDev, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation and Event Marketing domains, whilst building new growth levers as we grow. You'll be joining with best practices, whilst not blindly implementing a playbook from your past.
  • Leading with example: Hire, manage and coach a high-performing and international Growth Marketing team as well as manage our 3rd party agency and freelancer relationships in the Growth Marketing domain.
  • Innovation and experimentation : Design and execute data-driven experiments to test and optimize various marketing channels and tactics. You will implement A/B testing and iterate on strategies to optimize for maximum impact. You will ensure that we have a best-in-class B2B SaaS website that drives and converts relevant audiences.
  • Marketing ROI : Analyze and report on the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives and their connection to pipeline and revenue. You'll recommend and discover untapped areas of Growth, double down on the most important growth levers, and identify areas where to stop investing. You will provide regular reports and insights to leadership and GTM teams on marketing ROI.
  • Work and win together as a team: Effortlessly collaborate with cross-functional revenue teams, including wider marketing team, sales, customer success and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue impact.
  • Marketing Technology and trends: Identify and leverage new and emerging platforms, tools, and trends to drive growth and innovation. You love staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in GTM motions (did somebody say GenAI?)

Qualifications and skills :
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in the following areas: Growth Marketing domains including digital marketing, performance marketing, Webdev, demand generation, (marketing) operations, in B2B SaaS context. Our humble expectation is that you have solid understanding in all of the above, and deep understanding in some of the above.
  • Proven track record of leading, scaling, and coaching high performing teams
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: capability to create and understand marketing contributions to sales and revenue figures and making meaningful analysis on key numbers.
  • Proficiency in various MarTech solutions: marketing automation tools, CRM/CMS systems and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented nature, with a passion for driving business growth and customer success

What we consider as an advantage in this role:
• Experience in B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch (SLG)
• Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management
