We are actively searching for a visionary Head of Offshore Sales to spearhead our dynamic team and drive our business to new heights. As a key player in our Industry sales team, you will lead the charge in propelling Enersense Offshore, a Finnish engineering powerhouse specializing in heavy steel industry projects, to even greater success in the global offshore market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the offshore market segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the offshore industry, including but not limited to oil & gas, renewable energy, and marine sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive sales growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices relevant to the offshore sector to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on offshore markets
- Demonstrated experience from growing a team and developing sales processes
- Deep understanding of the offshore industry, including knowledge of key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive business growth, and achieve targets
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Fluent English skills
