Inspiring Property Valuation Analyst to release their potential
The Property Valuation is a Nordic unit with teams in Finland, Norway, and Sweden. We work with Personal and Business Customers units in Danske Bank and our key responsibility is to asset market value of residential and commercial properties. We work analytically and collaboratively with the bank's advisors to contribute to the customer experience by providing quality valuations in a timely manner.
For our Finnish team, we are looking for a leader who inspires and motivates them to release their potential. They work independently and prepare new valuations of real estate collaterals, so your task to support them to meet deliveries, prioritize, and feel engaged. You also interact with the stakeholders to facilitate alignment around deliveries as well as requirements for the Property Valuation and take the lead in facilitating development of tools and methods used for collateral valuation.
About you as a leader
Experience of Property Valuation is preferable in this role, but not mandatory if you have readiness to understand and learn more about it. It is more essential, that you know how to create close relationships and trust with your team members and see the value on continuously developing them. You also feel confident in representing the team in the Nordic organization, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing various development initiatives.

- Experience from leadership and operational management roles - preferably from financial industry.
- Advanced communication and coaching skills.
