We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core banking, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth management. As Head of Investor Relations you will be responsible for:

• The IR function of a new stock listed company
• Setting up and delivering a solid IR capability with clear roadmaps, processes, deliverables and calendar
• Build and manage a consistent and well understood strategy with clear communication between internal and external parties
• Leading planning for our annual report, results presentations, road shows and investor days
• Preparing interim reports, stock exchange releases and related material
• Ensuring compliance with IR policy and disclosure obligations
• Developing and managing the IR website
• Managing investor and market expectation through proactive communication and engagement with shareholders and analysts
• Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behavior and shareholder issues
• Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Leadership team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key messaging to investors
• Support the Group in Corporate Responsibility and ESG communication

Key qualifications for this role include:

• 5 or more years of previous IR experience
• Solid understanding of equity capital markets and Nasdaq Helsinki Exchange disclosure rules
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investors
• Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
• Preferably experienced with financial models and analysis

The Head of IR must be a seasoned corporate professional who has effective management and entrepreneurial skills. Success in this role requires collaboration, communication, leadership, and vision.
