In this role, you will lead the team of Cost Cycle professionals and have the global process ownership of invoice-to-pay, travel and expense claims as well as asset accounting processes. In addition, you will be responsible for the overall continuous development of these processes with the recently implemented solutions including SAP S/4HANA, Basware and MyExpense. You will also have a chance to contribute to various finance development projects.
Cost Cycle team is responsible for global invoice-to-pay, travel and expense claim and asset accounting processes. Centralized team, consisting of ten Cost Cycle professionals, is responsible for seven group entities and provides support to local teams in order to ensure global and harmonized processes. You will work in close co-operation with Business Process Owners, Group IT, Other Finance Process Owners, Internal Controls and Finance Process Development in order to ensure efficient and scalable end-to-end processes.
You will be part of our global Finance & Control organization consisting of experienced finance professionals. You will report to Director, Group Finance and belong to Group Finance Leadership Team.

- Leading the Cost Cycle team by fostering continuous competence development and ensuring well-defined roles and responsibilities
- Acting as the global process owner of invoice-to-pay, travel and expense claims as well as asset accounting processes aiming for global, harmonized processes and promoting seamless co-operation with key stakeholders in the related end-to-end processes
- Ensuring continuous development of the processes within the responsibility area, leveraging the recently implemented solutions, and striving for an efficient and effective automated control environment
- Ensuring the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting within the designated responsibility area are of high quality, efficient, and completed in a timely manner. Additionally, contributing to the accuracy and advancement of associated accounting and reporting principles.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

- Experience from relevant financial processes and reporting working in a large global/international group
- Knowledge on indirect taxes and IFRS related to the topics in the responsibility area
- Broad SAP S/4HANA understanding especially on invoice to pay process is seen as an asset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Fluent English and Finnish.
