We are looking for a Senior HR business partner to work with our global and segment function leaders on a tactical and relevant strategic level to support the achievement of function talent objectives. In this role you will support people leaders in providing a consistent employee experience and in leading their organizations through transformation. You would be part of our global HR operations organization and work from any of our European sites.
Key responsibility areas include
  • Align function's talent needs to Huhtamaki people and HR roadmap
  • Coach assigned managers on implementation of annual people processes, guidelines and practices and drive alignment, consistency and similar employee experience across the teams
  • Support and coach managers on various performance, employment and employee related issues and situations. Lean on to HR operations organization in countries for country expertise to support managers having employees in multiple countries.
  • Leading HR projects in function related to organization design, productivity, function transformation or operative model changes. Seek expertise and alignment from CoE and support from local HR operations organization as needed.
  • Coach and advise on resourcing matters, provide support through the whole Talent acquisition process and seek insights on talent markets, recruitment channels and make sure we leverage on global TA practices and coach mangers of the same
  • Support people development activities to meet the capability needs for today and tomorrow and make sure initiatives promote Huhtamaki learning culture and are aligned to our Leaders' imprint.
  • Support effective communication and employee engagement initiatives in the function
  • Provide input to improve HR services and delivery of people related programs and initiatives, identifies and flags requirements in terms of processes development especially with impact to functional reaching over several countries. Shares insights with HR counterparts.
To be successful in this role you would have following skills and qualifications:
  • relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • experience of working in a global environment, managing HR or people related change and transformation initiatives.
  • experience of HR generalist role or one of the CoE discipline
  • motivated to learn, to develop professionally, and take on responsibility in a proactive manner
  • proactive problem-solving skills and result and service orientated approach
  • fluent in English
  • excellent communication skill and strong influencing capability
  • strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Ability to cope with changes.
