You work closely with our Finnish and Nordic customers on their daily Trade Finance businesses by providing them value added service and advises, and being able to recognize and meet our customers wishes and needs.
We are looking for a skilled and customer-minded Senior Trade Finance Specialist/Manager to join our Helsinki based team of experienced employees. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders in Finland as well as with our international colleagues mainly in Nordics and Lithuania.
The daily tasks can vary however the focus will be in bank guarantee handling and supporting customers
As Senior Trade Finance Specialist/Manager, you are expected to support and handle Finnish clients' bank guarantees and provide them a high-quality advisory and support. In addition you will be participating our digital development journey in Trade Finance. We expect you to be able to work and make decisions independently regarding bank guarantees, have an enthusiasm to support our customers by taking ownership of the daily tasks. The position requires good knowledge of Trade Finance products, in particular bank guarantees. You need to have an understanding of legal, compliance and risk aspects in relation to bank guarantees as well as knowledge about specific regulation (URDG, ISP). Deeper knowledge of other Trade Finance products, such as letters of credits, standby letters of credits and collections is seen as an advantage.

- have several years of experience in the Trade Finance and good knowledge on bank guarantees
- are fluent with digital tools and systems
- like navigating in complex environment and can balance multiple high-priority tasks
- possess a relevant degree
- you are independent, confident and you have good collaboration skills and positive attitude
- you have solid skills in both Finnish and English languages. Knowledge of other languages especially Swedish and German language is seen as an advantage.
- you deliver always the best quality service both to customers and also to your colleagues.
- you have experience and strong interest in customer service and working in an international environment.
