Business and Media School is hiring a

Senior Lecturer,International Trade and Business Management

for fixed period, full-time one year employment contract, starting on August 2024.

As a Senior Lecturer, you will design, develop, and implement bachelors and masters level courses/curriculum covering broad fields of International Trade and Business Management. Student learning and future competence development via use of various (digital) teaching methods is a key element in this role. You will also participate in RDI projects, student coaching and supervision of bachelor and master thesis.

Requirements for this position

• relevant master's degree
• over 3 years of relevant proven industrial professional experience
• expertise in wide areas of international business operations, Business Management in various contexts  
• good skills to teach and work in English and in Finnish

• work experience in the international education activities

We offer an interesting job in the rapidly changing field of education in Tampere, Finland. If the hired person does not have the vocational teacher qualification, it should be achieved in three years. The terms and conditions of employment apply TAMK's practices and Collective Agreement for the Universities of Applied Sciences 1st April 2024 - 31st March 2026.
