Are you a bachelor’s or master’s student studying Industrial Engineering and Management and are ready to hit your professional career with Konecranes as a Summer Trainee during the summer 2024? We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Product Management / Business Development to join our Process Cranes Product Management team in Hyvinkää. As a Summer Trainee, you will work with activity/task/schedule follow-up-related Product Management. Your daily responsibilities include preparing presentation materials and documents, supporting business analysis activities, and participating in and facilitating, e.g. workshops. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents in our industry.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for an example for an Industrial Engineering and Management student who is eager to learn more about Industrial Product Management tasks. We especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

This position is optimum for a student who has two or more years of studies behind. The role requires physical presence at our Hyvinkää office, but some hybrid work can be agreed.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering management or Product Management (preferably 2nd-4th year studies)
• Problem-solving mindset with a self-driven attitude
• Business-oriented technical mindset
• Fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English. German is seen as a benefit
• Experience with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. MS Project is seen as a benefit
• Experience with Power BI reporting tool and analysis development is seen as a benefit.
