We are seeking a Product Manager, Beneficiation, to join our newly established digital organization. You will be responsible for the productization of Metso's digital offering for Flotation and Automation products. This includes taking ownership of product development, go-to-market, end-to-end delivery process, and product lifecycle management in collaboration with several stakeholders around the world. Your role plays a crucial part in the development and scale up of our digital service capabilities. In this position, you will report to the Product Head of Beneficiation & Dewatering in our Equipment Performance team.
This position is mainly located in Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. Please note that this job requires occasional traveling to customer sites globally.

You will join our Beneficiation & Dewatering team working under our digital organization and collaborate with a broad and global range of people. We are driven by a new and ambitious digital strategy, aiming to build prescriptive maintenance services using our technical expertise to support our customers. What you'll do
- Develop product plan, roadmap, and customer journeys for condition monitoring and equipment performance optimisation for flotation and automation in collaboration with customers, Business Lines, SVS - Beneficiation, Dewatering and Hydrometallurgy (Lifecycle Services, Spare parts and labour), and Minerals capital.
- Drive and coordinate product development & pilots, including evaluation, selection and requirement specification for connectivity, equipment data modelling, failure mode analyses, predictive algorithms, and software solutions such as Metso Metrics and advanced simulations.
- Manage product launch, go-to-market plan, commercial models, successful commercialization of the product & product performance in the market.
- Execute productization of the solution end-to-end, including the development of backstage and customer-facing processes to fulfil customer demand.
- Support to sales and delivery of sales proposals, customer meetings, on-time deliveries, operations and customer support,
- Develop & implement the product training plan.
Who you are
- You have experience in product management, ideally in Digital Solutions.
- You are well-versed in managing cross-functional teams. Leadership experience is considered an advantage.
- You have previous experience in mining equipment design, operation and maintenance or similar.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- You are driven by a commercial acumen that will help you to succeed in this job
- Previous experience in the mining and minerals processing industry, specifically in Flotation and Automation products, is considered an advantage
- Ideally, you have a higher degree in engineering or related field
