OsoiteWe are seeking a Product Owner to join our newly established Cloud Products and Patterns team within the Cloud Technologies area at OP Financial Group. The team consists of six members and is responsible for the Azure cloudification and productization in OP Financial Group.
About the role
As the Product Owner, you will lead and support team members to succeed in their work. You will set goals, priorities, and budgets for the team's area of responsibility. You collaborate with the team to create a trusting atmosphere and foster good team spirit, following our agile working methods.
Your responsibilities include clarifying and implementing the product strategy, developing, and promoting the overall responsibility area, and managing the product life cycle. You will work closely with other teams, IT, information security, and business departments to ensure that solutions in your team's area of responsibility are integrated into other processes.
What we hope you have
To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience in IT, specifically in service design, product management, or solution architecture design. You have a strong understanding of cloud concepts and the ability to apply them within the financial business domain. Knowledge of Azure is a plus, and experience with other cloud technologies, such as Google Cloud or AWS, is beneficial. While deep technical knowledge is not a requirement, the ideal candidate should have experience leading a development team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. The candidate should be proactive, optimistic, and passionate about driving things forward. You serve as an inspirational advocate for Cloud Products, showcasing a range of possibilities for using solution building blocks to address challenges in OP Financial Group’s business segments. Overall, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about Cloud Products and capable of helping to solve challenges across OP Financial Group's business domain.
