Microsoft 365 Product Owner

We are currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Product Owner to join the KPMG Innovation & Technology team!

The Innovation & Technology team ensures that our client facing applications, personnel and support functions have the platforms, tools and solutions needed to drive our business and enable client offerings with a digital touch. We make sure that the current platforms support our everyday business and look ahead for opportunities for developing our technology landscape to best serve the needs of the future.

As a M365 Product Owner, you

• Follow up advancements in M365 platform, global organization plans and develop and execute a roadmap for adoption within KPMG Finland and Estonia for relevant products and services
• Collaborate closely with business and risk management representatives, as well as technical experts, to gather requirements and align them with the adoption roadmap
• Drive product development initiatives, overseeing prioritization and implementation while ensuring compliance with regulatory or internal requirements
• Will work with multiple stakeholders across KPMG, including client facing service lines, IT and other support functions both in Finland and in other KPMG firms

You are a strong candidate if you have

• Have previously worked with M365 tools for example in Product Owner, service manager, or technical expert role
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and several years of relevant work experience
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges
• Leadership abilities - proactively defining plans and advising what to do, not just doing what has been advised
• Ability to comfortably communicate with technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent written and spoken English

The following technical skills and experience will help you succeed in the role

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite products, including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Microsoft Information Protection, M365 Power Platform and M365 Business applications.
• Experience with M365 administration, configuration, implementation

This is a permanent full-time position, and the starting date is negotiable. The position is based in our office in Helsinki, Töölönlahdenkatu 3A.
