Finance Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Finance Manager for our team in Finland.
Your daily responsibilities:

• Involvement in all aspects of the daily and month-end financial management, including corporate accounting, internal regulation, and financial reporting and development
• Acting as the right hand of the Finance Director
• Managing an end-to-end audit process- while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and capitalizing on opportunities will be integral parts of your responsibilities
• Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Having the ownership of the Nordcloud Group's transfer pricing process
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Nordcloud and IBM
• Interacting with multiple stakeholders across Nordcloud

Your key skills:

• Relevant educational background, e.g., Master's degree in Finance
• At least 5 years of experience from finance management role or a similar position (auditor background would be a benefit)
• Working knowledge of financial management principles, statutory legislation and regulation (US Gaap knowledge would be a benefit)
• Experience running annual audits
• Ability to work independently with drive & self-motivation
• Hands-on and proactive working style
• Fluence communication skills in English and Finnish
