Are you ready to lead the charge in Digital Portfolio Management? Join us as the Digital Portfolio Management Lead at Konecranes and be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in IT and Digital development.
As a Digital Portfolio Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing and harmonizing the overall IT and Digital development portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives, and communicating the success and performance of the portfolio to key stakeholders.
Additionally to that, you will:
- Follow-up the benefits realized in technologies
- Act as a Product owner for Agile Core team, group responsible for implementing and developing agile methodologies and practices in Konecranes group
- Create actionable insights cross business areas and group functions to portfolio
- Develop, measure and report portfolio level KPIs
- Support initiatives by surfacing e.g. interdependencies, requirements, and roadblocks, and ensuring leadership attention
- Support EVP Technology in strategic initiatives with program and project management including projectization, organizing, resourcing, facilitating and time scheduling

What should you bring?
To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration (MSc degree will be a plus), or a related field, proven experience in portfolio and project management, and a strong understanding of IT and digital technologies.
We also would glad to see in your experience
- Strong understanding of IT and digital technologies, with the ability to assess their benefits and impact on business operations.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards common goals.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification) is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role within a global organization is highly desirable.
