We are looking for Live CasinoPortfolio Manager to manage our new online casino vertical, Live Casino. Your primary focus in this position will be to bring Veikkaus customers the best live studio experience in the industry.

- Have end to end accountability for Live Casino performance
- Manage Live Casino game portfolio, the roadmap and visibility on site
- Monitor performance and optimize table occupancy
- Analyze and produce data to understand Live Casino customers in order to optimize the offering
- Manage Veikkaus branded studio experiences as well as innovate new ways to enhance Live Casino experiences
- Collaborate and maintain strong relationships across the board, whether that be externally with our Live Casino suppliers, the Regulator or internally
- Monitor competitors and market trends to ensure we remain ahead of the competition
- Align with Sales & Marketing, Front End and other teams on key game launches to ensure we provide customers the best experience possible
- In addition to your primary responsibilities, help your team members to achieve goals
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables.
- High motivation and energy to deliver the best customer experience.
- A commercially focused and dynamic mindset. You are capable of working in a constantly changing environment.
- A can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Live Casino or other online casino roles.
- Solid industry experience, good knowledge of gaming content providers, operators, and gaming generally.
- You are capable of building strong business relationships across the business and externally.
- Experience in project management processes and good organizational and influencing skills.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
