Summer Trainee, KONE Way, Portfolio Management & Strategy Deployment

KONE Way, Portfolio Management and Strategy DeploymentSummer Trainee support ongoing process development and new Strategy Deployment planning by team by:

• Preparing and updating plans, documentation, web pages & process descriptions jointly with subject matter experts for Portfolio Management & Strategy Deployment
• Plan, design, and implement automated reports via Power BI for Portfolio Management data.    
• Facilities community calls for global teams with KONE Way community leaders.   
• Participate in workshops, trainings, and meetings to share and learn best practices, and to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Ideal profile:

• Some understanding of Portfolio Management principles 
• Some understanding of strategy processes for companies
• Keen to learn new and collaborate.
• Analysis of information in a logical and systematic way.
• Has capability to simplify complex information and document it  

Requirements:

• In the last stage of Bachelor's or Master's study in the technical or commercial field
• Previous relevant work experience is considered as an asset

• Fluent in English language skills, Finnish language skills are an asset

• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Independent working style and drive for results
• Excellent Microsoft Office tools skills
• Understanding of process development is a plus. 
• Knowing Power BI, Planview or QlikSense is a plus.  

This position is located to Espoo, Finland. We are looking for a student to work at least 4 months between April and September 2024.
