We are looking for a fixed-term HR Manager with responsibility of our R&D center in Espoo, Finland. The position is a parental leave replacement for about one year. The preferred starting date is in April 2024 and will be set upon agreement.
The position is located in Espoo with the flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture. You will also work with colleagues and stakeholders in the Helsinki headquarters and within the global R&D network.
Main responsibilities:
- Advise and coach people managers and employees on HR-related topics including employment relations, policies, annual HR processes, organizational planning and forecasting
- Drive initiatives to support employee wellbeing and promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Act as a key partner in co-operation with union representatives
- Handle recruitments end to end
- Ensure high data quality in our HR tools and support decision-making through data analytics and insights
What we are looking for:
- HR professional with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of people processes and fluency in digital working
- Experience in employment relations, collective agreements and union co-operation
- Competence to influence and build relationships with a cross-functional, global matrix organization with the awareness for cultural differences
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English are necessary for succeeding in this role.
