Services Business line is looking for a Global HR Manager to join our small HR team responsible for supporting our business in developing services expertise and performance culture to deliver the best customer value to enable business success for Services Business in Valmet.
As Global HR Manager in Services Business Line, you will be responsible for
- Coordinating certain Valmet people processes across entire Services Business Line to ensure their smooth implementation globally.
- L eading and supporting the implementation of SER Business Line specific development initiatives, e.g. SER HC Management, Management Team Development
- Act as HR Business Partner for Services Business Unit heads, including e.g.
In this role, you will report to VP HR, Services Business Line.

- Coordinating certain Valmet people processes across entire Services Business Line to ensure their smooth implementation globally.
- L eading and supporting the implementation of SER Business Line specific development initiatives, e.g. SER HC Management, Management Team Development
- Act as HR Business Partner for Services Business Unit heads, including e.g.
- Coordination of Valmet people processes in respective BU
- Being a sparring partner /support for BU head on people topics.
- Senior level recruitment
- BU organizational design & development
- Change management
- Talent and Competence management
- BU winning team planning and implementation
In this role, you will report to VP HR, Services Business Line.
Expectations
You will succeed in this role when
- You have worked in various HR roles and know what the day of an HR Manager looks like
- You have a solid mind for analytics and logic for grasping what is essential for business
- You know that working together is key for success and you enjoy collaborating with different kinds of people globally
- You have experience of running smaller and bigger projects efficiently
- You enjoy working with different tools and HR processes. Experience with Workday is a huge advantage
- You know how to use different influencing methods to successfully implement different actions through matrix organization structures
- You are comfortable with giving constructive feedback and understand that HR's role is also to challenge and drive change
- You have the needed basics in place: suitable education (Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field), more than five years of relevant work experience, strong MS Office skills and excellent written and spoken English
