About the role
In the Nordic Private organization, we are looking for an experienced business developer to take a leading role in shaping our Personal Insurance Strategy and product offering. You will work across Business Areas and countries, proactively shaping your role and network to optimally create customer value. If has identified Personal Insurances as an area with significant growth potential going forward, and in this role you will play a crucial part in taking us to the next level.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
Drive forward & facilitate the development of the Nordic Private personal insurance and service strategy, in alignment with other business areas
Contribute to developing our customer offering, from product development to customer journeys in different customer life stages. Take a holistic approach to improving the overall customer experience
Support and/or lead analysis, research projects and activities across different business units, business areas and countries
Provide an outside in perspective on personal insurances, with an eye on digital services and improvements within health technology
Facilitate and support the Private Nordic Personal matrix team with the product and price personal insurance country heads

About the team
Nordic Business Development Product and Price, currently consists of six Business Developers who work with developing our product and customer offerings further on a Nordic level, supporting the Business Area Private ambitions of excellent risk understanding, outstanding customer experiences, improved digital solutions and an active contribution to a more sustainable society. The team is situated across the Nordics, and has extensive insurance experience. You will also work closely with the department heads of product and price for personal insurance in our Nordic markets.
Who are you?
We are looking for a strategic and visionary person, who preferably has a few years of experience in management consulting or Business Development. You are interested in staying up-to-date with trends and customer behavior. You value working both independently and as part of a team, but always with a team-player attitude.You also have a strong drive and are able to achieve results in a complex organizational set-up.

A strong academic record with a M.Sc. degree in business administration or engineering
Experience with design thinking, a good understanding of value creation within the insurance business or experience working with personal insurances is a bonus but not a requirement
In addition of being fluent in one of the Nordic languages, very good English skills (written and oral) is required.
