You'll work with a team of experts in complex customer projects (both roll-out and support) and get to dive deep with your expertise. We work with Top200 customer segment. Our projects can be demanding, but you'll be able handle that together with your future teammates as they are at the top of their game.
You are involved in a delivery from design and discovery, through project build, to support. You are in a key role in communicating the requirements to the delivery team. You are managing possible delivery scope changes and negotiate them with the customer.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Expert/Lead who has a solid experience in delivering e-Commerce solutions. Besides technology, you understand business processes and are skilled in identifying customer needs and turning them into technical solutions.
🎯 Several years of experience within eCommerce platforms. Strong understanding of business processes and core CX systems (ECOM, ERP, PIM, OMS, CRM, ...)
🎯 Proven Expertise in SAP Commerce Solutions: Most of our customers run on SAP Commerce Cloud. If you have experience in other e-commerce platforms, like Spryker or Magento, even better
🎯 Leadership That Inspires: We need someone who can guide technical teams with confidence, delegate effectively, and support our mission with passion
🎯 Experience of defining requirements and translate them into solution design and technical tasks
🎯 Experience of project management and preferably agile project delivery in multivendor environment
🎯 Ability to manage multiple project initiatives and work collectively
🎯 Strong communication and presentation skills
🎯 Fluent in Finnish and English
