Power Growth team in Create Finland is recently established CoE to drive new business by generating new business with the help of Microsoft Power Platform, develop concepts & offering based on the technology and drive competence specialization within Create.
We are now searching for a Lead Solution Consultant - Power Platformto strengthen our growth team. You will be working together with our clients and experts both in sales and delivery projects as a leading expert to help our clients to maximize the value of the new technology in their business. Your day-to-day work includes defining business needs and arranging them into business-centric solutions with Power Platform. You will get a chance to utilize your problem solving and interpersonal skills while designing and developing business-critical solutions in an agile environment.

We expect

• Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions for business users, utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools & technologies.
• Experience in defining and analyzing business processes & business needs with business users and turning those to requirements and features.
• Experience in defining and designing business-centric Power Platform solutions - you don't need to be UX expert, but some experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies and specifically Power Platform tools & technologies. Perhaps you have experience in combining Power Platform together with other Microsoft products & tools.
• Relevant certifications and eagerness to constantly learn more are highly appreciated.
• Experience in planning and leading workshops, and solution presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with a team and alone
• Finnish language skills, as you are expected to communicate in Finnish with local customers.
