In your role as a Senior/ Lead HCM Solution consultant, you will be:
- Coaching, leading and advising our clients in HR-processes
- Assuring that the current system solution meets the clients' needs and always striving to enhance the processes already in place
- Driving and actively participating in the implementation of new system solutions within the HR area with a focus on Workday application
- Supporting your peers within your skills area and actively contributing to our culture that is based on inclusion, engagement and cooperation
- Participating in pre-sales activities such as pricing, and creation of offers to clients and prospects
Who you are:
- You are certified in Workday Recruiting or Compensation (benefits certification a plus) or have experience in leading HCM core implementations
- You have experience in HR processes from one or several companies
- You have an education within HR or have similar knowledge from working with this
- You can see the value in customer care and building relationship and partnering
