Enterprise Service Management / SIAM Consultant
We are looking for Enterprise Service Management SIAM Consultant / Lead in Finland to work with our existing/potential customers across business domains based in Nordics region on SIAM consulting / Delivery assignments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver consulting/delivery assignments for customers across industry domains on SIAM using insights and skills that would enable in building the roadmap for SIAM adaption based on recommendations
• Provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services according to customer needs while transforming their vendor ecosystem and ways of working, aligned to their IT/business needs
• Conduct assessments that will help customer identify SIAM readiness across agreed parameters and drive to its maturity.
• Analyze structured/unstructured information as required during consulting assignments to provide compelling solutions and recommendations on SIAM
• Demonstrate strong change management skills, excellent customer engagement and interpersonal skills with passion for customer success
• Provide sales support on SIAM cases and work towards enabling sales pipeline on SIAM consulting and advisory services
• Work on internal practice support activities such as conducting knowledge transfer sessions, sharing best practices and providing ad-hoc support within the unit

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of SIAM methodology, ITIL processes, Agile & Devops way of working with at least over 10 years of Service management experience in IT Industry
• Good understanding about latest Enterprise Service Management industry trends
• Passionate for consulting with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English and stakeholder engagement skills at IT leadership level
• ITIL and SIAM certifications
• Good understanding of ITSM platforms, preferably at least ServiceNow
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with ability to engage with stakeholders from diversified levels and manage multiple vendors
• Ability to work efficiently with global, multi-cultural teams in virtual set up
• Ability to address ambiguities & uncertainties and pave the way through it to bring more clarity
• Banking and insurance Industry experience is a plus.
