As our new Marketing Specialist you will have a focus on coordinating campaigns and local marketing activities in our cinemas and in retail and coordinating campaigns for food and beverage. You will play an important role in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the seamless implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives. About the role
In this role you would work in Finnkino´s Guest Engagement and Marketing team. You would be a part on the team with 7 other colleagues and you will also work closely with our cinemas and support cinema managers with local marketing plans and activations. You would also plan and execute marketing campaigns and always on visibility for eg. food & beverage and coordinate our marketing activities in retail. You will be based at our Support Office located in Helsinki with the possibility of partially working from home through our hybrid way of working. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Since we are looking forward to our new team-member we would appreciate it if you could start as soon as possible but the start date is by agreement.

Your main responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. Main responsibilities would include planning and coordinating local campaigns with cinemas, marketing of food and beverage and coordinating and producing marketing campaigns for retail.
- Develop and maintain project plans with tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.
- Coordinate with content creators and designers to maintain a consistent brand voice. You will also produce content yourself.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field for the role.
- At least 1-2 years of experience of working in a similar role.
- Experience in project management and coordination within a marketing role.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Experience in using project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Finnish and in English
