This strategic position is crucial to securing our data-driven HR strategy. You will play a key role in optimizing people analytics' and unlocking valuable HR insights to inform strategic decision-making. Another part of the position will further improve selected people processes in our Workday platform.
You will be part of global People Processes and Systems team in Human Resources and Reporting to the HR Vice President, People Processes and Systems.
This role can be located in any current Huhtamaki location, offering flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Locations include: Finland, UK, Spain, Italy and others.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running and further developing our advanced HR analytics and KPI offering, strategic workforce planning and people process analytics.
- Additionally enhance existing Workday configurations for people processes, together with other team members.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Champion continuous improvement of HR data quality.
- Support and train the HR community to increase its capability in people analytics and processes.
- Strong HR analytics skills with high ambition level to grow even more.
- Track record in Workday configuration and maintenance for example HCM area (wider experience for Workday processes are considered as an advantage).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Continuous improvement mind-set, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Basic Project Management skills.
- Relevant working experience 3+ years.
- Relevant Bachelor or Master's level degree.
