My name is Harri Hiltunen and I am leading Network Applications team within Denmark, Finland, and Sweden regions at Common Products & Services department, Telia Company. Right now, I am looking for a Test Automation Engineer for IN Applications and hoping you are the person we're looking to have in the team.

As Test Automation Engineer for SIP Applications, you will become a part of application development focused Agile Team having responsibilities to contribute in SIP services Test Automation and CI/CD development. You will collaborate tightly with your team members, Architects and all related stakeholders impacting your work following SaFe agile principles.
The work duties consist of but are not limited to:

• Test automation development for IN Applications together with CI/CD development. General understanding and some previous experience to develop automated testing is needed and willing to build up competence for Test Automation tools and methods.
• Manual testing of Applications in production and application under development.
• Test specification and execution: be able create test plans (functional, non-functional). Bugs identifying, documenting them thoroughly, reporting and tracking.
• Creating, maintaining, and improving Application Test Automation frameworks for IN Applications.
• Keeping Test Automation technologies and approaches up-to-date.
• Reporting of the results of QA activities and finding quickly reproducible steps for bugs that you can collaborate with development engineers to establish fixes.
• Improving regression testing capabilities by finding ways to catch bugs before they appear in production and prevent them from reproducing.
• Being a proactive team member, understanding a quality-driven approach across the development organization.

Your experience:

• We imagine you have a university degree or similar within the field of IT, Computer or Telecommunication system engineering.
• You have preferably few years of experience in testing, Test Automation and CI/CD. New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Telecommunications.
• Beneficial if you are familiar with packet analyzers, monitoring and tracing tools used in Test Environments and can execute both manual (Android/iOS mobile apps, GUI) and automated testing (API server, GUI).
• You know what is meant when discussing Rhino, github, Jfrog, SIP.
