The Position
As Team Lead you will be responsible for a larger international team of 10 people. The team consists of experienced project controllers/administrators located in both Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The team is responsible for ensuring that the overall financial forecast for elevator installation projects is followed and that the ongoing operational financial processes are continuously carried out. This involves financial analyses, accounting of actual data, management of project documentation and invoices, as well as continuous monitoring of payments. The work is mainly handled in SAP.
The role of TeamLead is newly established and you will be given a great opportunity to be a driving force in developing and implementing new frameworks and guidelines to create a common way forward for the team.
The role reports to Johan Nordstrand, Manger Operation and Support, located in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden.
