Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand departmental needs, and ensure candidate fit.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Enhance our employer brand by providing a positive candidate experience and promoting our company as an employer of choice.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the IT sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates at all levels.
• Fluent Finnish and English skills
