TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be managing Lindström’s recruitment processes for different roles in our Head Office functions (such as IT, finance, marketing, strategy and so on). In this position, you will work on the entire recruitment process from start to finish and will help Lindström find new talents to join us. You will be responsible for candidate communication and candidate assessments and will also be the main user and admin of our recruitment tools. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will also advise and support line managers in all recruitment related issues. Your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we are working in a hybrid model. 
Your key responsibilities in this role include:
  • Recruitment coordination and end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Creating and publishing job ads as well as ensuring roles are correctly mapped in the Lindström job framework
  • Candidate management and candidate communications:
    • Supporting line managers in assessing candidate profiles
    • Coordinating and managing candidate communications
    • Taking care of interview practicalities and actively participating in interviews
  • Acting as main user for our candidate assessment tool (SHL) as well as assessing candidates and giving assessment result reviews for both line managers and candidates
  • Acting as main user and admin for all recruitment related systems and tools (such as LAURA, RecRight, and LinkedIn) 
  • Advising line managers in salary and benefit negotiations, employment law matters, and employment contracts
  • Working with external recruitment partners such as headhunting and job advertisement partners
  • Continually improving and upholding a good candidate experience

We are looking for a new team member who has a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and all the processes involved in recruiting, as well as experience in salary negotiations and a good knowledge of Finnish employment law. The ability to network and collaborate with colleagues, line managers, and of course candidates is essential for this role, and strong organizational skills will aid you along the way. Our ideal candidate has:
  • Several years of experience in recruitment and recruitment related tasks
  • Strong and comprehensive understanding of the different stages in a recruitment process
  • Excellent work ethic, discretion and experience in working on confidential information
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as strong team-work skills
  • Good knowledge of Finnish employment law
  • Ability to negotiate and offer expert advice on recruitment and employment law related matters
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent English and Finnish language skills (verbal and written)
