We're seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and help us drive innovation in procurement technology solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for the architecture of solutions used in Hiab's Procurement and sourcing -processes. Areas of responsibility are to coordinate Hiab solutions and applications development & service functionality across business lines within Hiab. In this position you will also manage and secure platform administration availability and compliance together with service support (key user) network management within Hiab.
This role acts as a lead for the source-to-receipt architecture and solution development, supporting team members to achieve their tasks and develop in their roles. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end source-to-receipt processes and process dependencies. A good understanding of ERP capabilities, in particular SAP or ERP LN but also other relevant platforms knowledge is key.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Act as solution & platform architect and responsible for the functionality of source-to-receipt -process area-related system platforms: Ivalua, Rgbsi, Sievo, purchasing portals (tbd) and other relevant applications to be specified later
- Support development projects in the area of procurement & source-to-receipt solution functionality development, data flows, and integrations of solutions
- Act as Service owner towards business, responsible for solution availability and functionality of the service support together with IM-service support teams
- Responsibility for related information management supplier & vendor relations
- Participate in agreement negotiations and definition of SLAs and OLAs related to services
- Meeting practices, responsible for running team meetings and service meetings based on an agreed governance model
- Maintain the compliance of the license usage with the agreements
- Be a member of the change, release, asset, and problem management teams and coordinate successful change management processes to minimize business interruptions.
Education
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Profound Experience in IT & IM operations and solutions
- Functional experience in Procurement & Sourcing processes
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
- Extensive experience of third-party management.
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Good knowledge of IT capabilities specifically in the source-to-receipt process area
- People and supplier management skills and experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Project, change, and transition management.
