We are looking for a
SCRUM MASTER
to join Finnair's Payment Solutions Team.
About our team:
We are a team of 10 and is part of the Commerce and CX Solutionsunit with a growing unit of 80+ people, who own and are fully responsible for developing Finnair's digital platform and our digital customer experience. This talented team is proudly working on the biggest ecommerce platform in Finland with millions of visitors monthly.The cross-functional, international team is constantly evolving its ways of working and practices. Willingness to help others and interest in learning new things drives it forward.
Ways of working:
Our environment is start-up like, dynamic and development-oriented and we work closely with Product Owners and other business stakeholders.We also have cross-product co-operation with other software development teams such as finnair.com, loyalty, mobile application teams and IFEC (In-flight Entertainment) teams.This role is hybrid and is based in our Vantaa office.
As a Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:
Guiding the team in achieving their highest potential by fostering an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate Agile events;Includingdailies, planning, and retrospectives.
Provide coaching and mentorship to the development team, encouraging self-organization and ownership.
Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
Work collaboratively with product owners, stakeholders, and other development teams to determine the most effective methods for delivering value to customers.
To succeed as our Scrum Master, an ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and software development practices.
Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Servant leadership principles and facilitation skills, with a passion for empowering teams, driving continuous improvement and ownership.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address challenges and promote a positive team dynamic.
Strong metrics analysis to drive process improvement.
