WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Coach two Agile teams towards further self-organization and continual improvement
Help two Product Owners and stakeholders to increase agility
Ensure and facilitate good team meetings and events
Opportunity to get and give support in Vaisala Scrum Master community, and work together to progress agility throughout Vaisala.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Strong experience as a Scrum Master working with various agile teams and different agile practices.
Experience from environments where multiple teams co-operate.
Versatile background is an advantage. It's good to have a SW development background to understand developers, even though the role does not include development.
Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
Proven track record of creating lasting change in a team.
