(Lead) Data Analyst

As a (Lead) Data Analyst with us, you'll dive deep into invoices, purchase orders, and other associated data, leading Networked-AP's data analytics activities. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our data strategy, collaborating with development teams to enhance existing features and innovate new ones. Your work will directly contribute to Basware's success by elevating data literacy and driving data-driven decisions across the organization.
What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of Data Analysts in technical implementations and provide hands-on help, driving successful outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights that drive business growth.
• Utilize your expertise in data modeling, SQL databases, and dashboard development to extract valuable insights.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to implement data-driven features.
• Mentor and guide other Data Analysts, fostering their growth and development.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Proven experience in a data analysis role, with a track record of leading successful teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Documentation skills and ability to train both internal and external customers on dashboard functionality.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data tools such as AWS Sage Maker Studio and AWS Athena is a plus.
• Understanding of machine learning techniques within a business context is advantageous.
