We're currently looking for a new IT manager to join our team.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Avidly's IT systems architecture, in collaboration with the CTO
- Making recommendations for new tools and identifying any systems that should be shut down
- Managing and developing our IT support services
- Implementing systems integrations during M&A activities
- Ensuring data security
- Collaborating with an external GDPR partner to address privacy issues
- Continuously working to modernise and streamline our IT architecture and reduce costs
- Managing and implementing certifications, such as ISO 27K
- Acting as the owner of all operational topics within the IT department, with guidance and support from the CTO.
- Leading a multi-country IT setup
- Working with Google and Mac environments (experience with MS and PC systems alone may not be sufficient)
- Balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Strong proficiency in English and Finnish
- A passion for IT and an interest in both strategic and operational work.
