Customer Engagement and Services is an IT unit responsible for management and development of IT applications and solutions we are using when interacting with our customers - either our employees using when interacting with our customers or our customers directly using the services.
We are looking for Platform Manager to join us
As an IT Platform Manager, you are managing the IT Service we are providing to the users. You are securing robust and compliant solution including well working support operations. We are currently in the process to cloudify our CRM and Field Service solution.
Our development activities are performed in Agile way. Platform manager is managing the Platform team (as a Product Owner).
Can do attitude and IT Service management experience is setting you apart.
Your responsibilities:
  • IT service lifecycle management and technical roadmap
  • Support model and practises for the IT service
  • Other IT Service Management duties
  • Day to day platform management operations
  • Vendor management
  • Team lead of the platform team

To succeed in the role, you have:
  • IT Service Management knowledge (ITIL) to be used a framework to follow and apply in everyday work when leading team and collaborating with key stakeholders
  • 5 years experience in IT Service Management and ability to demonstrate what it takes to manage IT Service Platform in a consistent manner
  • Service orientated mindset and attitude lead the IT service management disciplines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deliver timely and essential communication
  • Fluent communication in English, both in written and spoken
  • A degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Earlier experience in Team lead role is considered highly beneficial
  • Experience in the field of CRM or Field Service solution(s) is a benefit / advantage
