To strengthen our go-to-market efforts, we are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our growing team. Speaking of the team, we are an experienced and multidisciplinary group of 20 individuals with 10 different nationalities. We are a startup at heart, meaning you will have the opportunity to wear many hats. Learning both wide and deep about many subjects is highly encouraged.
Hardware Engineering team develops new innovative laboratory devices for use in personalized medicine manufacturing. You will be joining our product development team in ongoing projects developing desktop-size electro-mechanical systems. Work around the dispensing technology involves various machine design disciplines and thus is a very innovative field with hands-on with prototyping and problem-solving skills needed.
Your Role
You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and refining the hardware components of our Pharma Kit. This project aims to enhance the safety, efficiency, and customization of personalized medicine production, directly impacting patient care and the operational capacity of pharmacies and hospitals.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine hardware solutions.
- Leading the design and implementation of electronic systems for the printer.
- Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to meet regulatory standards.
- Engaging in the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring a cutting-edge final product.
- Mechanics and part design.
- Design for manufacturing and material selection.
- Working with assemblies.
- Integrating sensors and electronics with mechanics design including heaters, controllers, motors, etc.
What we expect from you
- A degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a deep passion for innovation.
- Experienced in hardware development, ideally within robotics and automation.
- An independent worker capable of managing multiple projects, with excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
- 1+ years of experience in machine design or product development
- Hands on CAD and technical drawing skills from prototyping to manufacturing
