ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Field Service Manager, you will:
- Own the responsibility for hiring, performance management, employee development, employee safety and overall positive team engagement
- Lead the Field Service team to efficiently resolve repair and maintenance issues for Kempower chargers across the United States and Canada
- Provide guidance in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, installation and commissioning to provide top level customer service, including warranty work
- Manage Kempower spare parts department, ensuring accurate fulfillment of spare part orders for customers
- Be the example of Kempower's safety standards
- Oversee ticket system, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met annually
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure continuous improvement and best practices are implemented
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years working in electrical or electronic engineering
- 3+ years leading Field Service teams
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada as needed
- 5+ years experience working with electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of electrical safety guidelines and best practices
