About this opportunity
You will join GBS Office Risk Reduction Plans, which is a team located in the largest business area in Nordea: Group Business Support (GBS). GBS drives optimisation of our operational efficiencies, letting the Business Areas focus on what they do best, to serve our customers and drive income growth initiatives.
We are looking for individuals who want to support and oversee a variety of projects under Risk Reduction Plans Portfolio, from daily risk management to audit and issue management. This role combines the risk, issue and dependency management and coordination of variety of stakeholders across the organisation. You will be part of our great Programme Management Office team.
What you'll be doing:

• Drive and execute on risks issue and dependencies within our programme.
• Organize, plan, assess and monitor risks remediation on the programme and project level.
• Provide business summaries to serve as decision materials for program and our executive management.
• Collaborate and support the program and its stakeholders on the path to complete milestones and business deliverables according to risk appetite within internal and external deadlines.
• Support the project management agenda and initiatives within in the programmes.
• Collaborate on the programme together with the colleagues in the PMO.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to build strong relationship.
• Contribute to the overall development of capabilities in the team.

You'll join the GBS Data Risk Reduction PMO team. The role is based in Helsinki; Stockholm; Warszawa.

Your experience and background:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with superior Excel skills
• Interest in learning risk management and project management.
• Written and spoken English on a superior level is required.
• Self-drive and proactive personality.
• Have a relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree.
