You will play a vital role in driving change and creating value to the bank by advocating important decisions into action, with the purpose of safeguarding the Heart of Nordea so we continue to be a safe and trusted bank for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Represent the line organization as a banking and/or BCCM subject matter lead to execute on activities and maintain the work related to this program initiative
  • Facilitate and maintain the process of ensuring business workarounds exist, documented and operational
  • Participate and execute as the BCCM expert in the programme specific projects, sometimes independently and occasionally leading through a team of people
  • Prepare and contribute to presentations for executive management, internal roadshows, and stakeholder meetings
  • Eventually coordinate the continuous improvement and refinement of the identified Minimum Viable Bank (MVB) capabilities and dependencies.

The role is based in Gdynia; Gothenburg/Göteborg; Helsinki; Malmö; Stockholm; Warszawa; Łódź.

Who you are

Your experience and background:

  • Experienced with wide exposure to the banking/financial sector
