BUSINESS PROCESS EXPERT, REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

to be part of Supply Chain Planning Development team - Fulfillment process area. In this role you will report to Supply Chain Planning Development Director, Fulfillment and be located at Metsä Board Espoo Head Office in Finland, or in Supply Chain Centre in Gdansk, Poland.

Your role in the future Metsä

Business Process Expert, Reporting and Analytics is responsible for optimizing, coordinating and developing various aspects of the sales and supply chain analytics, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

  • Develop analytics solutions (with Azure tools)

  • Analyze the current sales and supply chain reporting structure and rationalize it, and develop Reporting and statistics

  • Develop and manage KPI measurement and dashboard for Customer Service operations

  • Support management with sustainability and commercial analysis and materials

  • Together with Supply Chain Controller validate and analyze product, customer and market profitability, and proactively highlight issues and opportunities  

  • Initiate, facilitate and lead assigned projects working with cross-functional teams and participate project design and testing

  • Identify development requirements for operational improvements, both processes and tools

  • Act as the leverage point between ICT and Business and closely monitor own process area development pipeline as Product Manager

  • Build of the analytical competencies in the organization and share and implement best practices across the regions

  • Train and support users globally to ensure that the users have sufficient knowledge of the processes and tools.

What do we expect from you?

We expect you to have over one (1) year Analyst experience in a multicultural environment, ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Preferably you also have in-depth understanding of supply chain processes. To succeed in the position you need to have good knowledge on Azure tools and SAP system, and proficiency in creating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate supply chain metrics effectively. You have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You have a customer-centric attitude and good problem-solving and decision-making skills. You have good interpersonal skills to enable effective communication and collaboration in a multicultural environment. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Finnish, Swedish or Polish skills are seen as a benefit. The position requires occasional travelling.
